Embracing Change: A Fresh Look, A Deeper Purpose

Change has never come easily for me. Maybe you can relate. It’s uncomfortable, uncertain, and sometimes a little scary—especially when you’ve fought so hard just to find solid ground.

But change is also where growth begins.

Over the past several months, I’ve spent time reflecting on the journey I’ve walked—through trauma, healing, advocacy, and purpose. So much of my life has been shaped by transformation, even when I didn’t recognize it at the time. I’ve learned that when we let go of what was, we make space for what can be.
